　　好朋友在一起玩玩牌是常有的事，可千万不要打得太大，这不，浏阳男子刘健应好朋友骆某之约到株洲打牌，三次“扳砣子”输掉80多万元，之后，因骆某多次逼他还款，刘健心生恶念，将骆某杀害并焚尸灭迹，还将骆某身上的财物洗劫一空。经株洲市检察院提起公诉，昨日，株洲市中院一审以故意杀人罪、盗窃罪依法判处被告人刘健死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，处罚金两万元，并赔偿附带民事诉讼原告人骆某家属46万余元。（深圳律师）
